This notice explains how Multiden Limited, trading as Onyx Strategy Lab, handles information submitted through the UK Landscapers JobFlow funnel.

Information we collect

• Your name, business name, email address and telephone number.
• Your answers about lead sources, job value, turnover, investment readiness and intended start date.
• Booking information when you schedule a call.
• Campaign and referral information such as UTM parameters and, where you consent, Meta advertising identifiers.

How we use it

We use the information to assess whether the JobFlow System may suit your business, respond to your enquiry, arrange a strategy call, maintain our CRM records, protect the funnel from misuse and measure campaign performance.

Our reasons for processing

We process application and booking information to take steps you request before entering a possible service agreement and for our legitimate interests in operating a business-to-business sales process. Optional advertising tracking is used only after you give consent.

Who receives the information

Information may be processed by service providers that support our CRM, hosting, communications, appointment booking and advertising measurement. We do not sell your personal information. Meta tracking is not loaded on this funnel unless you accept optional tracking.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the enquiry, maintain business records, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may ask us to delete information that we no longer need.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your information, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw tracking consent at any time and complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
